Yet another fantastic time here, the fishing in the first week was excellent but slowed down in the second week when the weather got really hot! No sigh at all of the infamous coypu (aka “the Dougal” as known at Salagou!) although the presence of hissing Sid and his snake friends was occasionally un-nerving, especially if you are running round the lake and tread on him!! the Lodge Lakes team as usual has been a great host, although we did unadvertantly “slightly overfed” the stock pond by mistake…….The fish have obviously spawned and some of the upper 20’s we caught were 30’s that had spawned out quite recently but its obviously looking good for the future. Looking forward to 2013!! Yay!.. Robert: Yet another fantastic year at Lodge! An amazing amount of fish (even though we caught the same sturgeon 6 times!) Looking forward to coming back in 2013!….Olivia: Had a great trip, enjoyed every moment of it and couldn’t of asked for more. Caught 9 fish and a pb common! (Yay!) Thanks the Lodge Lakes team for being a great host as always!!.
