When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred lake, preferred Friday week, party size, any alternative dates, and your message. We do not take online bookings or card payments on this website.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply about availability and to arrange your holiday. That is a legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry, and steps towards a booking if you go ahead.

Where it is stored

Each enquiry is emailed to info@lodgelakes.com. A copy is stored in the Lodge Lakes website admin so the team can follow it up. You also receive a confirmation on the email address you give us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and any booking that follows, then delete or archive them in the ordinary course of running the lakes.

Sharing

We do not sell your details. Your enquiry is handled by Lodge Lakes. If you choose WhatsApp, that conversation is also processed by WhatsApp / Meta under their terms. The website is hosted by our web host so the form can be sent and stored.

Cookies

This website uses essential cookies needed for WordPress to run, including the enquiry form. We do not use the enquiry form to send marketing lists.
