Having missed last year it was brilliant to be back at the Lodge. Fishing was hard but we were pleased with our catch, especially as both my lads Pat and Dan caught their carp PB’s (although Dan had the 110 lb cat a few years ago).
We dodged thunderstorms and enjoyed beers, banter, the Lodge Lakes team’s stories and the usual stop to Nantiat to enjoy Guy & Jacqueline’s delicious French dishes. Thanks again to the Lodge Lakes team, Kerry and the family for a lovely week. Jason, Dave, Patrick & Dan X
