A great weeks fishing, thank you the Lodge Lakes team and Thanks for some sound advice. The weather was mostly hot & sunny so was very slow in the day but decent at night. Tuesday was overcast & fished great in the day! This was the day when I think Connor threw in the towel as dad surged into an unassailable lead!
We took a couple of days (and nights) off to go to Saint Pardoux which was brilliant itself (thanks again the Lodge Lakes team).
A thoroughly enjoyable week in which myself & Connor both achieved PB’s all set in a beautiful, peaceful, & tranquil environment with all amentities and a great family centre with Beach/Lake/outdoor centre a short drive away.
Thanks the Lodge Lakes team we will be back!
